Quokli is a money app: round-ups, habit stakes and a screen-time feature move small amounts into an investment account in your name. Before launch, investing is simulated and no real money moves. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The apps you choose to limit, and your minute-by-minute usage of them, are handled by Apple's Screen Time / Family Controls on your own device. iOS gives Quokli only opaque tokens that represent your selection. We never receive the names of your apps or what you do inside them.
Depending on how you use Quokli, we may collect:
We do not sell your personal data. Real-money movements do not exist in the current version (see below), so no payment details are collected in the app today.
The investing / "fund" feature in the current app is a simulation: it uses real market prices for illustration, but no real money moves, no payment details are collected, and no account is opened with any broker. Should real investing launch in a future version, this policy will be updated and funds will be held and trades executed by a separate licensed, regulated broker partner under its own terms.
We share personal data with service providers ("processors") who handle it on our behalf and on our instructions, currently including Supabase (EU-hosted database & authentication), PostHog (EU-hosted product analytics), and Cloudflare (website and infrastructure). We may engage additional providers of the same kind as the product grows. We may also share data where required by law, to protect our rights and users, with your direction or consent, and, should Quokli be part of a financing, acquisition, or similar business transaction, with the parties to that transaction under confidentiality. We do not sell personal data.
We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purposes above (generally for as long as your account exists), and afterwards only as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes (such as security records or legal obligations). When you delete your account in the app, your personal data is deleted without undue delay. Website signups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these, email privacy@quokli.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; in Austria, that is the Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at).
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app: Settings → Delete account. This is immediate and permanent. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
Quokli is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

By creating an account or using the Quokli app ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
Quokli is a money app. Round-ups on what you spend, stakes on habits you set, and a screen-time feature that turns extra scroll time into a small amount, all moving into an investment account in your name. In this version the investing is a simulation for illustration only: it shows real market prices but moves no real money and opens no brokerage account.
Quokli is not a bank, broker, custodian, or investment, financial, tax, or legal adviser. Nothing in the app is advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any investment, or an offer of any financial product.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. Don't misuse the app, attempt to break or probe its security, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service; you can delete your account at any time in Settings.
The app, its design, branding, code, and content are owned by Quokli and protected by intellectual-property law; these terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app, not any ownership in it. If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you agree we may use them freely to build and improve our products, without restriction or compensation.
We're a young product and the app is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms and our Privacy Policy as the product evolves; where changes are material we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
The app relies on Apple's Screen Time / Family Controls, which we do not control and which may not block perfectly in every situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quokli is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Austrian or EU law, or our liability for death, personal injury, or anything that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator is resident at the relevant time, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live, including the right to bring proceedings in your own country. Once a company is formed, its jurisdiction will be named here.
People who join the waitlist at quokli.com while this offer is running get their first three months of any paid quokli subscription free, starting when quokli opens in their country. The offer applies only to the email address that joined, is not transferable, and has no cash value.
We may change or withdraw this offer at any time by updating this page. Anyone who joined the waitlist before the change keeps it. Anyone who joins afterwards does not. Joining the waitlist is free and creates no other obligation on either side.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
quokli is an early-stage project operated by Atilla Babacan as an individual (“we”, “us”). No company has been formed yet. A company is intended to be formed in the United States, and these rules will be updated to name it once it exists. Contact: hello@quokli.com. A postal address for prize administration will be published here before the first draw.
Legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Quokli and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Join the waitlist at quokli.com with a valid email address. That is your entry. It is free. One entry per person, regardless of how many email addresses you use. You stay entered for every draw for as long as you remain on the waitlist. Entries are not conditional on downloading anything, opening any account, or making any purchase.
After joining you get a personal link. Each different person who joins the waitlist using your link adds one further entry for you, up to 10 additional entries in total. Sharing is free and optional, and no payment by you or by anyone you invite affects entries.
Eligible entry. Only eligible entries are counted, for the draw itself and for the one-in-a-thousand ratio in section 5. An entry is eligible only if all of the following are true: it was submitted through quokli.com by a person who passed the automated anti-bot check; it is the only entry from that person, judged on the underlying mailbox rather than the spelling of the address, so that variations using dots or plus-tags count once; and our records do not indicate that it was created by automated means, by a script, through a disposable or reused address, or otherwise other than by a genuine individual acting for themselves. We may also require an entrant to confirm their email address before an entry is treated as eligible.
We decide eligibility from our own records, acting reasonably and in good faith, and our determination is final. Entries we find to be automated, duplicated or otherwise not genuine are void, do not count toward any total in these rules, and may lead to disqualification of the entrant and of anyone who referred them.
This promotion begins on 7 September 2026 and runs until we end it. We may end the promotion at any time, for any reason, by posting an end date on this page. We will give at least 7 days' notice of that date, except where we have to end it sooner because of fraud, technical failure, or a legal or regulatory requirement, in which case it ends immediately on posting.
Entries received after the end date are not entered into any draw. Any draw for a calendar quarter that had already finished before the end date still takes place, so nobody loses a prize they had already earned. We may announce a separate promotion afterwards under its own rules.
We draw once per calendar quarter, within 30 days of the quarter ending. In each draw we select one winner for every 1,000 eligible entries received during that quarter, as defined in section 3, at random from those eligible entries. Signups that are not eligible entries are not counted toward that number, so automated or duplicated signups do not create additional prizes.
Each prize is $100 in Quokli credit. The credit is added to the winner’s Quokli account once the app has launched in the winner’s country and the winner has opened and verified an account. It can be invested or spent inside the app under the account terms in force at the time.
The credit is not cash. It is not redeemable for cash, not transferable, and has no value outside a Quokli account. There is no cash alternative. If the app has not launched in the winner’s country within 24 months of the draw, or the winner has not opened an account by then, the prize lapses. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.
We email the winner at the address they entered with, within 7 days of the draw. The winner has 14 days to reply and confirm eligibility. If they do not reply in time, are found ineligible, or decline, we draw another winner from the same pool. We may publish the winner’s first name and city, and the winner may decline this at any time by telling us.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries at the time of each draw.
We may suspend or end the giveaway if it is compromised by fraud, technical failure, or anything outside our reasonable control, and we may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Apple, or Google. Entry data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy above and is not sold. A list of winners is available on request by email for 90 days after each draw. Nothing in these rules requires a winner to buy anything, and no purchase or payment increases anyone’s chance of being drawn. These rules are governed by the laws of Austria, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
